1. About Curo

Curo is an AI-powered learning companion that helps users:

Generate smart notes
Break complex queries into structured learning pathways
Stay consistent with learning goals

Curo does not guarantee employment outcomes, certifications, or academic credit.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old to use Curo.
If you are under the age of digital consent in your region, you must use Curo only with parental or guardian supervision.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete information
Keep your login credentials secure
Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree NOT to:

Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to extract Curo’s code/models
Scrape, copy, or distribute content without authorization

Curo may suspend or throttle usage to ensure platform stability.

5. AI-Generated Content

Curo uses LLMs, search pipelines, and AI algorithms to generate:

Summaries and notes
Audio lessons
Resource ratings
Explanations and recommendations

You acknowledge that:

AI content may be inaccurate or incomplete
Information should be independently verified
Curo should not be relied upon for medical, financial, legal, or safety-critical decisions

Curo is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.

6. User Content & Data

Users may save or upload personal notes, preferences, goals, and curated resources.

You retain ownership of your content.
By using Curo, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and analyze your content only to:
- Provide platform features
- Improve model quality
- Enhance personalization

We do not sell user data.
We do not reuse personal content to train public models.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, UI/UX designs, the Curo mascot, algorithms, workflows, and platform architecture are owned by CuroHQ Technologies.

You agree not to:

Copy or redistribute any part of the platform
Recreate competing products using Curo IP
Use our branding without permission

8. Resource Links & Third-Party Content

Curo surfaces links to external platforms such as:

YouTube
Research papers
Blogs
Case studies
Courses
Articles

We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for:

Accuracy
Availability
Licensing
Privacy practices

Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms.

9. Payments & Subscriptions

Curo offers paid plans.

Pricing is displayed clearly during checkout
Payments are processed via compliant global payment providers
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law
Plans may auto-renew unless cancelled
Pricing may be updated with prior notice

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms
Your activity poses risk to the platform or other users

You may terminate your account at any time.

Upon termination:

Your access ends
Some data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Curo is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with no warranties of:

Reliability
Performance
Fitness for a particular purpose
Uninterrupted service

We cannot guarantee that resources, models, or features will remain permanently available.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curo is not liable for:

AI-generated inaccuracies
Misinterpretation of learning advice
Platform downtime or errors
Issues caused by third-party content

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Continued use of Curo means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pixelpath Studio, its founders, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Violation of these Terms
Violation of applicable laws
Infringement of third-party rights
Content you upload or actions taken through your account

This obligation survives account closure.

16. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

16.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at admin@curohq.com and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days.

16.2 Binding Arbitration

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).

Conducted online or in Bangalore, India
Proceedings will be in English

16.3 Exceptions

Either party may bring claims in:

Small claims court
Situations requiring urgent injunctive relief (e.g., IP misuse)

16.4 Class-Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.
